Beer Barrels is one of Subic Bay’s most intriguing mysteries. Located near the Barges and Cage & Barrel sites, this 38-meter steel giant features ten massive storage tanks that some believe were used for offshore refueling or buoyancy. It is sure that it never actually held beer. Divers can explore the radial bends of the structure while spotting Frogfish, Scorpionfish, and even the occasional Green Sea Turtle. If you’re looking for a deep-water adventure with crystal-clear visibility, this is a “must-visit” spot on your Subic dive map.
